Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Divide into
12 portions. Shape each portion into a sausage shape around a skewer,
placing 2 or 3 kabobs on each skewer and grill over hot coals.
Serve in a pita pocket with chopped or sliced tomatoes and Tahini Sauce.
Variation: Divide into four portions and shape into patties. Grill or fry
as you would hamburgers. Serve as above or in hamburger buns with
lettuce, tomatoes and sliced onions.
