Drain fava beans into a strainer, reserving liquid. Rinse beans and place in a bowl. Mix in the remaining ingredients, adding enough of the reserved liquid to make a saucy bean salad. Serve with pita bread for dipping in the flavorful salad juices. *See Glossary of Ingredients page 165 & 166.
