Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray. Place fish in baking pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until it almost flakes when pierced with a fork. Prepare Tahini Sauce using 2 to 3 Tbsp more water to make a thin sauce. Pour Tahini Sauce over the fish. Set the oven to broil and return the tray to the oven. Broil until the sauce is thick and bubbly and lightly browned on top. Transfer fish to a platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Surround with lemon wedges. Serve with Jasmine Rice (page 38), Fresh Tomato and Cucumber Salad (page 25) and steamed broccoli sprinkled with SPICE BAZAAR RED LENTIL SOUP SPICE.
