Put all the vegetables in a bowl and pour the Greek Marinade over
them. Or place all the ingredients in a gallon size zip-lock bag. Close
and place on a plate. Marinate in the refrigerator several hours or
overnight, turning occasionally. Alternate the different vegetables on
skewers and grill over hot coals.
