Try this salad for the holidays. The presentation and flavors are very
festive.
Divide spinach equally between 8 salad plates. Top each salad with
1 Tbsp each bleu cheese, dried cranberries and pecans. Drizzle
2 Tbsp Herbed French Vinaigrette over each salad.
NOTE: If refrigerator space permits, salads may be assembled ahead.
Loosely cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled. Add dressing just
before serving.
