- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced tomatoes, diced
- 2 medium 1/4 cup 1/4 cup diced onion chopped parsley
- 2 tsp dried mint or 2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp SPICE BAZAAR SESEME TAHINI SAUCE SPICE
