Preheat broiler. Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan. Add onion, garlic, green bell pepper and FALAFEL SPICE. Sauté until onion is translucent. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce and cook 5 minutes, until tomatoes are soft. Add shrimp and cook just until shrimp begins to turn pink. Place in an ovenproof casserole. Sprinkle with feta. Place under broiler 2 to 3 minutes, until cheese melts and browns lightly. Serve over Bulgur Pilaf or Syrian Rice
