Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large shallow baking pan with non-stick spray. Place all ingredients in a bowl and knead until thoroughly mixed. Let it rest for 5 or 10 minutes until water is absorbed and the mixture stiffens. Shape into 1-inch balls and place in baking pan. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until browned. Rotate balls after 15 minutes for even browning. Serve with Yogurt-Sour Cream Dip.
