Place sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir to blend. Set aside.
Place meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Shape into
1 inch balls. Spray a large, deep frying pan with non-stick spray
and sauté the Keftedes until browned. Pour prepared sauce over the
Keftedes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered,
for 10 to 15 minutes until sauce is thick.
Serve over Orzo with Feta or Syrian Rice .
