We serve this easily prepared egg dish for holiday breakfasts and brunches. Because it contains meat, it eliminates the need to prepare bacon or sausages and is always a big hit. In a large non-stick frying pan sauté meat, onion and ROAST LAMB SPICE until meat is browned. Crack eggs into a bowl and beat lightly. Pour eggs over meat. Cook over medium heat, stirring gently until eggs are set.

- 1/2 lb lean ground beef or lamb
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 Tbsp SPICE BAZAAR ROAST LAMB SPICE
- 12 eggs
