These delicious vegetarian pies are equally good with the TANDOORI BOMBAY BLEND or the ROAST LAMB SPICE. Prepare Fatayer Dough and set aside to rise. While dough is rising, cook the potatoes in boiling water to cover until done. Drain and place in a bowl. Mix in the remaining filling ingredients. Set aside until dough is ready.
