As a condiment, this sauce will spark up any meat, poultry or fish recipe. Blend it with softened cream cheese for a zesty dip. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and thick. NOTE: Jalapeño peppers are very hot. Wash hands immediately after handling or use rubber gloves to protect sensitive hands.
