As a condiment, this sauce will spark up any meat, poultry or fish recipe. Blend it with softened cream cheese for a zesty dip.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
NOTE: Jalapeño peppers are very hot. Wash hands immediately after handling or use rubber gloves to protect sensitive hands.
- 3 Jalapeño Peppers, seeded
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 c dried Minced Onion
- 1/2 c Peanut Oil
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 c Dry Red Wine
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp Ethiopian Hot Spice
