As a condiment, this sauce will spark up any meat, poultry or fish recipe. Blend it with softened cream cheese for a zesty dip.

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and thick.

NOTE: Jalapeño peppers are very hot. Wash hands immediately after handling or use rubber gloves to protect sensitive hands.


  • 3 Jalapeño Peppers, seeded
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 c dried Minced Onion
  • 1/2 c Peanut Oil
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 c Dry Red Wine
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Ethiopian Hot Spice
