Peel the fruit with a sharp knife, removing the white pith. Cut into 1/4 inch slices and arrange on individual serving plates, alternating the oranges, tangerines, and grapefruit.
Blend the honey, B A H A R A T MIDDLE EASTERN BLEND, and rose water. Add a few drops of water if the mixture is too thick to blend easily.
Drizzle 2 to 3 tsp honey mixture over each serving of fruit. Garnish with mint sprig and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
