Raita is the cooling cucumber sauce that is served with hot dishes in
Indian restaurants.
Place the grated cucumber in a strainer and sprinkle with salt. Set the
strainer in a bowl to drain for 30 minutes. Then gently press the
cucumber to remove more water. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the
yogurt, garlic and GARAM MASALA INDIAN BLEND.
