Scrub potatoes and pat dry. Grate or dice finely. Heat butter or oil in a large, shallow non-stick frying pan. Add potatoes, onion and spices. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until potatoes are browned.
NOTE: If more potatoes are needed, divide into two pans for better browning.

- 3 tbsp Butter or Oil
- 1 c diced Onion
- 2 1/2 tbsp Lebanese Kifta Spice
- 2 tsp Jericho Falafel Spice
