Drain and chop artichokes. Mix with the remaining ingredients and
refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
Variation: Place dip in a small baking dish. Sprinkle with additional
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Place under a preheated broiler for
5 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
