Place the crushed pineapple with its juice in a large bowl. Stir in the orange juice concentrate. Add the strawberries and grapes. Cut the rest of the fruit into bite-size pieces and add to bowl. Gently mix the fruit and refrigerate, covered, until serving time.
When ready to serve, place 1 cup fruit in each bowl and top with 1/4 cup yogurt. Drizzle 1 Tbsp honey over yogurt and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
