Drain thoroughly. Transfer the beans to a food processor and add the parsley, cilantro, olive oil and HUMMUS SPICE. Process until fairly smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in diced tomatoes and onions. Spread half of the mixture on a soft lavosh or flour tortilla to within 1 inch of the edge. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. Refrigerate overnight. To serve, remove the plastic wrap and slice the roll into 1/2-inch slices. Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with additional chopped parsley.

  • 1 15 oz can of black beans
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp SPICE BAZAAR HUMMUS SPICE
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 2 pieces 12" soft lavosh or flour tortillas
