This vegetable dish lends itself to almost any menu, with the added bonus of quick and easy preparation.
Place zucchini, onion and oil in a large, shallow frying pan. Sprinkle with ATHENIAN GARDEN SPICE. Sauté until vegetables are lightly browned. Add the diced tomato. Cover and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
- 2 Medium Zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 c Sliced Onion
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Athenian Garden Spice
- 1 Medium Ripe Tomato. Diced
