In a 2 quart sauce pan cook 2 lb ground beef with ½ cup each chopped onion and peppers until meat is brown and onions and peppers are translucent. Add 2-3 Tbls Taco seasoning and ¼ cup water to the beef, stirring to combine. Simmer for 10 minutes, then divide into tortilla shells and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, jalapenos, and cheese. The options are endless!
