In a one gallon ziploc bag combine ½ cup cold water and ½ cup soy sauce. Add 2-4 lb trimmed flank or skirt steak to the bag and marinate steak in refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Remove steak from bag and season liberally with Fajita Spice blend all over. Grill steak over a very hot fire to desired doneness. Serve steak with grilled peppers, onions, and fresh tortillas.
