Try this salad for the holidays. The presentation is very festive and the flavors unique.
Divide spinach equally between 8 salad plates. Top each salad with
1 Tbsp each bleu cheese, dried cranberries and pecans. Drizzle
2 Tbsp Herbed French Vinaigrette over each salad.
NOTE: If refrigerator space permits, salads may be assembled ahead.
Loosely cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled. Add dressing just before serving.
- 2 Pkg fresh Baby Spinach (6 oz each)
- 1/2 c crumbled Bleu Cheese
- 1/2 c Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 c Pecans, lightly toasted and coarsely chopped
- 1 c Herbed French Vinaigrette
