Prepare Fatayer Dough and set aside to rise. While dough is rising, prepare the filling. Squeeze excess liquid from the spinach and place in a medium bowl. Mix in the remaining filling ingredients. Set aside until dough is ready. Then proceed with directions for shaping and baking pies. NOTE: Purchased frozen or fresh dinner roll or pizza dough may be substituted for home made dough. Follow instructions on the package for defrosting and rising.
