Prepare Fatayer Dough and set aside to rise. While dough is rising, cook the potatoes in boiling water to cover until done. Drain and place in a bowl. Mix in the remaining filling ingredients. Set aside until dough is ready. Then proceed with directions for shaping and baking pies.
