Cook carrots in boiling water until tender-crisp, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Orange Glaze: Melt butter in a large shallow frying pan. Add the remaining Orange Glaze ingredients and simmer 1 minute. Add carrots and cook over medium heat 1 minute, until carrots are glazed.

- 1 tbsp frozen Orange Juice concentrate
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
- 2 tsp Athenian Garden Spice
