Bring to a boil in a large stock pot, 2 quarts water or seafood broth, 1/3 cup New Bay Seasoning, 4 cloves smashed garlic, one bay leaf. 1 Tbls. hot sauce, and 1 Tbls. whole peppercorns. Add 2-3 pounds shell-on shrimp to the seasoned broth and cook until shrimp become bright pink. Drain shrimp into a strainer, re-season if desired. Refrigerate uncovered until ready to peel, eat, and repeat!
