In a sauce pan over medium high heat add 2 Tbls olive oil, and 1 lb fresh peeled and deveined shrimp and cook until bright. Add 6 cloves minced garlic, ½ c chicken broth, ¼ c white wine, 1 Tbls. lemon pepper and ¼ cup of butter and cook to combine flavors, about 5 minutes. Add 3 Tbls. chopped fresh parsley and 1 Tbls fresh basil. Pour mixture over cooked linguine. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon, fresh parsley and freshly grated Asiago cheese.
