Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large shallow baking pan with nonstick spray.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and knead until thoroughly mixed. Let it rest for 5 or 10 minutes until water is absorbed and the mixture stiffens. Shape into 1 inch balls and place in baking pan. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until browned. Rotate balls after 15 minutes for even browning.
Serve with Yogurt-Sour Cream Dip.
- 1 lb: Pound Lean Ground Beef or Lamb
- 1 c fine Bulgur (#1)*
- 3/4 c Water
- 1 c finely Minced Onion
- 4 tsp Damascus Kibbie Spice
