Prepare vegetables and mix in the mint, olive oil and SESAME TAHINI SAUCE & DIP SPICE. Salad may be prepared ahead and actually improves in flavor after one to two hours.
- 1 Medium Cucumber, peeled and diced
- 2 Medium Tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 c diced Onion
- 1/4 c chopped Parsley
- 2 tsp dried Mint or 2 Tbsp chopped fresh Mint
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Sesame Tahini Sauce & Dip Spice
