Mix feta, olive oil and Hellenic Herb Blend in a bowl. Add water, 1 tsp at a time if needed, to thin to spreading consistency. Spread 1 1/2 Tbsp on the bottom side of each pita. Place under a preheated broiler and broil until lightly browned.
- 1/4 lb: Pound crumbled Feta Cheese (about 1 cup)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Hellenic Herb
- 6 Pitas
