Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut into strips and sprinkle with HELLENIC HERB BLEND and salt. Set aside. Heat butter or oil in a large shallow frying pan. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Add chicken and sauté over moderately high heat about 5 minutes, until chicken is cooked and lightly browned. Do not overcook, as chicken will become dry. Serve in pita bread with lettuce, tomato, onion and Yogurt-Sour Cream Dressing.
